Fall Sports

What Is Needed To Play Sports

If your son or daughter will be participating in sports this year, I encourage you to get the following things done ASAP so your child will be able to participate in the sport they are going out for and not have to sit on the side and watch practice or tryouts.

Forms can be found on the AASD website.
1. Please get a physical and have it on file in the office. If your child has a physical on file from last school year, in the Wilson Office, please fill out an alternate waiver form.
2. Fill out the Concussion Form
3. Fill out the Code of Conduct Form
4. Please pay your $40 Participation Fee in the Wilson office (for those trying out, this can be done after you made the team).

Game/meet schedules can be found on the Wilson and Magellan websites or at the AASD middle school athletics website, Gorshe’s Locker Room:
