Mark McQuade

Mark McQuade began his career in education teaching English and history at Pardeeville High School, near Madison, WI. Following four years at Pardeeville, he accepted a job at Appleton West, where he continued to teach English and history for the next eleven years before becoming an associate principal, in charge of activities, athletics, and eventually the English department.  

After six years as an associate at West, Mr. McQuade became principal at Wilson. He has Master Degrees in both Educational Technology and Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, and he earned a Bachelor Degree from UW-Platteville in English and history. During his teaching career, Mr. McQuade also coached wrestling, football, track and baseball. He has three children, all graduates of Appleton West High School, and his wife is a para professional at Lincoln Elementary.

Debra Moreland

Deb Moreland is the Associate Principal of Wilson and Principal of Magellan middle schools. She began her career in education as a 6th grade teacher at Odyssey Elementary, where she co-led its startup and taught for 10 years. 

Ms. Moreland earned her Master in Educational Leadership and Administration from UW-Madison and her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in math from UW-Oshkosh.
