WILSON/MAGELLAN GIRLS BASKETBALL and BOYS/GIRLS WRESTLING SIGN UP (7th and 8th grade)
The first practice for girls basketball is Monday, December 18th. The first practice for boys/girls wrestling is Monday, January 8th. If your student is interested in playing, please complete the following forms:

Fill out the electronic athletic forms at this link, including code of conduct (must be filled out for each sport you participate in).
Middle Level Athletic Agreement Forms
Physicals: We will need a doctors’ signature on a WIAA physical form in order for your child to try out and participate in athletics. Doctor’s offices should have copies, but you can also have the doctor sign the bottom of page 2 of our paper/pencil. The sports form can be found in English, Hmong, and Spanish here. (Athletes must have this form completed and turned in to practice.)
